Zorba is a modern and comfortable Beneteau Cyclades 50.5, designed with charter guests in mind. She offers four private double cabins for the guests, sharing three bathrooms equipped with showers. Her bright, airy interiors create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel at home from the moment they step inside. With plenty of natural light and thoughtfully designed living spaces, Zorba is an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable sailing experience. Crew has separate cabins.

Her straightforward rig configuration ensures smooth handling, with winch systems for both the mainsail and genoa, complemented by modern navigation equipment.The spacious cockpit, featuring cushioned seating around the table, comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. On deck, six sun mattresses provide the perfect spot to unwind, whether under sail or anchored in a tranquil bay, while a removable shade net offers additional sun protection when needed.With a swim ladder leading directly into the sea and a comfortable outdoor seating area at the stern, Zorba offers effortless access to the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean.

Local, Honest, Delicious – Dining on Zorba
On board Zorba, meals are more than just food – they’re a highlight of the trip. Healthy, local and full of flavour, our dishes are prepared with care using the best ingredients from friends, markets and family farms. It’s no wonder many guests return just for the food!
Guests often say the food is one of the main reasons they return to Zorba. Every meal is crafted with love, using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients – locally sourced, organic, and full of flavour.
Expect the very best:
- Traditional feta handmade by Giota’s mother from her own goat’s milk
- Single-origin Koroneiki olive oil pressed by Aristotelis, harvested while green for that vibrant aroma
- Sweet, sun-ripened tomatoes from Giannis’ garden
- World-famous pistachios from the only grower on Aegina (we can even show you the farm!)
- Award-winning wines from a boutique Peloponnese winery – often outscoring Italian and French labels in blind tastings
- Marinated gavros (anchovies) in olive oil and vinegar, prepared by a local couple who still sell at the village market
We serve fresh, nutritious and mostly vegetarian meals for breakfast and lunch on board. In the evenings, we either head to hand-picked local tavernas together or recommend the best restaurants nearby for you to enjoy on your own.
We happily accommodate all dietary needs – vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and more. Agatka (hostess on board) is gluten-free herself, so she understands exactly what it takes to keep you feeling great on board. No white sugar, no processed ingredients – just real, honest food that nourishes body and soul.

Every season, we open select dates across all itineraries for shared bookings – just choose your cabin and come aboard. With only 4 guest cabins and a maximum of 8 guests on board, it’s an intimate and social experience.
We try to carefully match guests by age and interests to make sure the vibe on board is just right – and it truly works like magic. Expect relaxed days at sea, evenings at tavernas, and new friendships that often last far beyond the holiday.

What a week sailing on the Zorba Cat, with great team duo Aga and Greg!! Food was fantastic, the islands we visited were awesome and had so much variety and authenticity. A truly active yet relaxing holiday, would recommend to anyone!
Greg is an excellent and skilled captain and made the experience unforgettable. We touched all spectrums of greek ports and restaurants from lively and upscale to small, secluded and pastoral with only one taverna. Fabulous gems where we anchored and swam - some with secluded beaches. Would love to do this again!

cannot recommend Greg & Aga highly enough! Between Zorba Yacht and Zorba Catamaran, this highly experienced sailing couple offer amazing charter holidays. My family and I were aboard Zorba Catamaran and had the most wonderful time. Greg is an excellent sailor with great knowledge of the best spots in Greece! Aga is a lovely chef and hostess that took great care of a hungry bunch! The sailing, snorkeling, relaxing, stargazing, home cooked meals, local taverna dinners, and many more amazing activities made for a delightful holiday. This sailing couple helped us realise a dream holiday. Whether you want to get hands on with sailing, or simply cruise around the Mediterranean aboard Zorba, Greg & Aga have you covered. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

A couple of my friends and myself embarked on SY Zorba with the caveat that only 3 people of our 8-strong crew were ever on a sailboat… All our apprehension went quickly overboard after we realised what a great team Tomek (skipper) and Agata (hostess) really are. Not only are they experienced yachstpeople, but the calm competence they both exude combined with a discreet bedside manner make them also the most gracious hosts. Lovely! Tomek is a great skipper and, to put it simply- a great guy to be around. Agata, well… Agata is just the nicest person I’ve sailed with, and… she cooks fabulously! Having said all that there is no need to discuss the boat, it’s rigging, handling etc. because Tomek and Agata just make it look like it sails itself. A lovely time I certainly want to repeat!
Unforgettable from start to finish , Greg and Aga really catered to anything we wanted from locations , food , water sports and anything in between . Such a special trip couldn’t recommend highly enough . Only negative is that we had to leave !!! Unreal experience
We have been sailing with Zorba. Tom was the best captain we could ever have, and lovely Aga cooked daily such amazing and healthy meals, not even in our best holidays we could ever think about it. We went from Aegina to Naxos. Daily we were in mooring in either lovely ports or quiet bays. Definitely the best way to start our holidays in Greece and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended!
I dont normally write reviews post a holiday but there are only 3 words that can sum up my last few Days in Greece..... Simply the best! We have just had the most amazing week with Greg and Agga. Family, fun, food, friendship and the most amazing aegian experiences. Sailing with the Zorba Cat is an absolute must! Without hesitation we will be back and as soon as possible. Absolutely stunning!

Sailing on Zorba Cat was amazing. If you want to see the Greek islands by sail boat this is your trip. The food onboard was fabulous. Each night we had dinner at a Greek taverna. The food at each was amazing and unique. Each day we would find a small protected area to swim as we moved, under sail, from one island to the next. Greg loves to sail not motor around the islands. This is a trip we will not soon forget.
Aga and Greg are the best people we could hope would accompany us around the beautiful Saronic islands. Aga is pure perfection in the organization, communication and especially delicious cooking 🩷 Greg is pure passion for the sea, real safe and fun sailing, and teaching guests that want to get involved 💙

An unforgettable experience from start to finish, and I can’t recommend it enough! First of all, our skipper Arnon was absolutely fantastic. Calm, professional, and with a great sense of humor, he made everyone feel safe and relaxed from the moment we stepped on board. His deep knowledge of the area meant that every stop was better than the last. He also involved us in the sailing, which made the experience even more fun! A huge shoutout as well to our wonderful hostess, Agatka. Her cooking was simply incredible — every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. She had an amazing way of making the boat feel like home, always with a smile, and was invaluable in organizing our land expeditions. You can tell she really loves what she does, and it shows in every detail. The itinerary was perfectly paced — a mix of sailing, swimming, exploring on land, and many nice little seaside restaurants. I left the boat with new friends, a camera full of memories, and a heart full of gratitude. If you’re considering this trip — go for it. You won’t regret it.
Many thanks to Aga and Greg for taking care of us so wonderfully onboard their Zorba Cat. I celebrated my 57th birthday with my family by sailing around the Saronian Islands from June 15th to 22nd. It was a truly wonderful holiday experience and my best birthday ever. We were very well looked after and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We enjoyed many activities including snorkelling, swimming, paddle-boarding, kayaking, tubing… we had so much fun!! Every night we ate at a different restaurant and the food was simply superb! We also had delicious meals onboard. Everywhere we went we tasted the freshest seafood, and classic Greek cuisine that was so good. Other special events included a winery tour, learning to Zorba dance, and opportunities to visit historic ancient sites. It was a wonderful introduction to Greece and her lovely people, history, culture, and scenic coasts! Thank you, Greg and Aga, and Stach, for everything, we had the holiday of a lifetime. We’d love to sail with you in the Caribbean next! You guys are the best, and we love you! ❤️
This was my first sailing holiday and honestly it couldn’t have been any better! We spent a week sailing in the beautiful saronic islands with Aga and Greg. This trip was specially organised in collaboration with Evelina to include yoga everyday at a different island. Greg was an awesome captain. His experience and knowledge of the islands was vast, he was patient and always very calm. He has such a passion for the service he provides. Aga is a beautiful, kind hearted person who made us feel at home. She cooked the most amazing meals for us and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed every minute of our holiday. They both introduced us the most wonderful tavernas on the islands and the wine tasting was an incredible experience and treat! You can see the way they are warmly welcomed by the owners of the tavernas, that they are special people who genuinely love what they do. Will certainly book a sailing trip with Aga and Greg again!

Featuring a spacious saloon and a fully equipped galley, Zorba combines thoughtful design with the perfect layout for a comfortable charter sailing experience.
*Crew sleeps: hostess in twin 5th cabin (bunk beds-possible sharing if 9 guests) and skipper in 6th skipper's cabin in bow (deck entrance).
Forward Double Cabin 1 Comfort and Amenities
Forward Double Cabin 1 and 2 are exactly the same in layout and comfort. Both feature en-suite bathrooms, which are typically shared with other guests during the day. Each cabin includes a comfortable V-shaped bed measuring 205 cm in length, offering plenty of space to relax. The cabins are high and spacious, creating an open and airy feel. They are equipped with two opening windows and a fan, ensuring excellent ventilation and a pleasant onboard experience.

Forward Double Cabin 1 and 2 are exactly the same in layout and comfort. Both feature en-suite bathrooms, which are typically shared with other guests during the day. Throughout the season, you will be accompanied by one of our trusted and carefully selected skippers on board Zorba. Each of them is an experienced sailor with extensive knowledge of the Greek waters and the Mediterranean.
Your hostess on most trips on Zorba will be Agatka - Aga's sister with over six years of experience, returning on board every season with the same passion and dedication. Her mission is simple: to make every Guest feel completely at home — cared for, guided, and supported at every step of the journey.
In Saronic gulf we start from Aegina Island which is easily accessible from Athens - just a 40 minutes ferry from Piraeus to Aegina main town. Every week sailing has a WhatsApp group chat where we send all the important info before the trip, including the exact location of the boats. Thanks to that from the first minute of the trip you can enjoy amazing local greek island vibe.
The boat ZORBA is Beneteau Cyclades 50.5. It has 5 double cabins + skipper cabin with a separate entrance and 3 toilets. 4 of the cabins have double beds and the
5th one has got the bunk bed (one of the beds in taken by the hostess). Fully refurbished in 2024.
Among other equipment, the boat has a dinghy with a Tohatsu outboard engine, gas cooker + gas stove, refrigerator, lots of storage space, 3 independent tanks of water (1000 litres) and fuel tanks (400 litres); portable air conditioning (working only if plugged into electricity in the harbour)..
Each year the technical inspection of the boat is made by Lloyd’s register. In case of emergency the boat is equipped with: satellite device EPIRB - Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon (second as a back up), various pyrotechnics, marine DSC radio plus handheld VHF, electronic active radar reflector, life raft (second as a back up) and personal life jackets. For our lovely crews we also have some snorkelling equipment and inflatables.
